【Usage and Dosage】Adults (15 years and older) take the following dose once daily before bedtime or on an empty stomach.

【用法・用量】大人（15歳以上）は，次の用量を1日1回就寝前又は空腹時に服用する。

2〜3日便通がないとき2〜4錠4日以上便通がないとき5〜6錠ただし，初回は最小量を用い，便通の具合や状態をみながら，少しずつ増量又は減量してください。
【使用上の留意点】服用に際して，次のことに注意してください。（1）定められた用法及び用量を厳守してください。（2）小児には，服用させないでください。
