■ Features
For women, the intense pain associated with menstruation is a distressing concern. Menstrual pain occurs because pain-causing substances are produced during menstruation, leading to excessive tension in the lower abdomen (uterus and intestines). Elpain Kowa works by directly affecting the production of these pain-causing substances and relaxing the tension in the lower abdomen, providing quick and effective relief for menstrual pain.

■ Do Not Take If…
(If not followed, current symptoms may worsen, or side effects and accidents may become more likely)
1. Do not take if you have experienced allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients.
2. Do not take if you have experienced asthma triggered by this medication, fever reducers, pain relievers, or cold medicines.
3. Do not give to children under 15 years old.
4. Do not take if you are pregnant within 12 weeks of your expected delivery date.
5. Do not take if diagnosed with: glaucoma.

- Fever reducers, pain relievers, cold medicines, sedatives, gastrointestinal pain and spasm relievers, gastrointestinal medicines containing Lotex, motion sickness medicines.

3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication.

4. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this medication.

5. Do not use for long-term continuous use.

■ Indications and Effects
Menstrual pain (mainly lower abdominal pain accompanied by soft stools)

■ Usage and Dosage
Take the following amount with water or warm water, preferably avoiding fasting. Maintain at least 4 hours between doses.
- Adults (15 years and older): 1 tablet per dose, up to 3 times a day.
- Children under 15: Do not take.

- How to take out tablets: Press firmly on the protruding part of the blister pack with your fingertips to break the aluminum foil on the back, then take out and swallow. (Accidentally swallowing the whole sheet or piercing the tablet can cause injury to the esophageal mucosa.)
