■ Features
Pain and fever are caused by substances called prostaglandins produced in the body.
Adam A Tablets are small, film-coated tablets containing ibuprofen, which suppresses prostaglandin production and effectively relieves pain and fever. They also contain allyl isopropyl acetylurea and anhydrous caffeine to enhance their effect.
■ Do Not Take If
1. Do not take this medication if you are:
(1) Someone who has had allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients.
(2) Someone who has experienced asthma after taking this drug or other antipyretic/analgesic medications or cold medicines.
(3) Children under 15 years old.
(4) Pregnant women within 12 weeks of expected delivery.
2. While taking this medication, do not take any of the following medicines:
Other antipyretic/analgesic drugs, cold medicines, sedatives, motion sickness medications.
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication. (Drowsiness or other effects may occur.)
4. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this medication.
5. Do not use for long-term continuous use.
■ Consult Before Use
1. Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking if you are:
(1) Under medical or dental treatment.
(2) Pregnant or suspect pregnancy.
(3) Breastfeeding.
(4) Elderly.
(5) Have experienced allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
(6) Diagnosed with: heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease.
(7) Have had: gastric or duodenal ulcers, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease.
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking the medication, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this package insert, as side effects may be present:

Skin: Rash, redness, itching, bruising
Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, stomach pain, stomatitis, heartburn, indigestion, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody stool
Nervous system: Dizziness
Circulatory system: Palpitations
Respiratory system: Shortness of breath
Others: Blurred vision, tinnitus, swelling, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, bleeding that is hard to stop, bleeding, back pain, excessive lowering of body temperature, fatigue
Rarely, severe symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately.
[Symptoms and Conditions]
Shock (Anaphylaxis): Immediate symptoms include skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness, etc.
Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (Erythema Multiforme): High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness that persists or worsens rapidly.
Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis: Similar to above, with high fever, eye redness, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness that persists or worsens rapidly.
Liver Dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
Kidney Disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.
Aseptic Meningitis: Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting. (Commonly reported in patients treated for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)
Asthma: Wheezing, whistling sounds when breathing, difficulty breathing.
Aplastic Anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pallor, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint, hematuria.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.
3. After taking the medication, if symptoms such as the following appear or worsen, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this package insert:
Constipation, drowsiness.
4. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
■ Indications and Effects
Relieves pain such as headache, toothache, menstrual pain, sore throat, joint pain, muscle pain, neuralgia, back pain, shoulder stiffness, post-extraction pain, contusions, ear pain, fracture pain, sprains, trauma pain; reduces fever and chills.
■ Usage and Dosage
Take the following amount, up to 3 times a day, preferably on an empty stomach, with water or warm water without chewing. Maintain at least 4 hours between doses.

Adults (15 years and older): 2 tablets
Children under 15 years: Do not take.
Usage-Related Precautions
(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage.
(2) How to take out tablets:
Press firmly on the protruding part of the PTP sheet containing the tablets to tear the aluminum foil on the back, then take out the tablet.
(Incorrectly swallowing the tablet directly may cause accidental injury to the esophageal mucosa.)
