Features
Pain and fever are caused by substances called prostaglandins produced within the body.
Adam A Tablets are small, film-coated tablets containing ibuprofen, which suppresses prostaglandin production and effectively relieves pain and fever.
They also contain allyl isopropyl acetylurea and anhydrous caffeine to enhance their effect.

Precautions (Things Not to Do)
(If ignored, current symptoms may worsen, or side effects and accidents may become more likely)
1. Do not take this medication if you are:
(1) Someone who has had allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients.
(2) Someone who has experienced asthma after taking this drug or other antipyretic and analgesic medicines or cold medicines.
(3) Children under 15 years old.
(4) Pregnant women within 12 weeks of their expected delivery date.
2. Do not take any other medications such as other antipyretic and analgesic drugs, cold medicines, sedatives, or motion sickness medicines while taking this drug.
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this drug. (Drowsiness or other effects may occur.)
4. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this medication.
5. Do not use for long-term continuous treatment.

- Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
- Kidney impairment: Reduced urine output, swelling, difficulty breathing, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, blood or protein in urine.
- Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting. (Commonly reported in patients undergoing treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)
- Asthma: Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing.

3. If any of the following symptoms occur or worsen, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller:

Usage and Dosage
Take the following amount up to three times a day, avoiding on an empty stomach as much as possible, with water or warm water without chewing. Maintain at least 4 hours between doses.

(2) How to take tablets:
Push the convex part of the blister pack with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back, then take out the tablet and swallow.
(Accidentally swallowing the tablet whole or improper handling may cause injury to the esophageal mucosa.)

- Ibuprofen: 150 mg (relieves fever, headache, joint pain, shoulder stiffness, etc.)
- Allyl isopropyl acetylurea: 60 mg (aids the analgesic effect of ibuprofen)
- Anhydrous caffeine: 80 mg (also helps the analgesic effect)

Additional ingredients include lactose monohydrate, cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, macrogol, and carnauba wax.
