Angels soar through a tragic sky──! The gothic horror shooting game returns. Three titles from the popular arcade side-scrolling shooter game "Deathsmiles" series are now available in one package, featuring a comprehensive training mode and online rankings.
This software allows you to play "Deathsmiles," a side-scrolling shooter released in arcades in 2007, its updated version "Deathsmiles Mega Black Label," and its sequel "Deathsmiles IIX: Makai no Merry Christmas." It also includes all the arrangement versions that were available in previous home console versions, offering a massive amount of content.
The game features a "Training Mode" where you can practice by finely adjusting the stage and player character settings. With its comprehensive menu, it's easy for beginners to play, and advanced players can pursue in-depth play. Furthermore, "Online Rankings" are implemented, with leaderboards separated for each title and version. Aim for a high score!
The special edition is a collaboration with the smartphone shooting RPG "Gothic is Magical Maiden ~ Hurry Up and Sign a Contract! ~," which shares the same world view. It includes a DLC code* that allows you to use the five characters known as "5 Maidens" (Ranan, Cattleya, Souffle, Plumeria, and Rosalie) as player characters in "Deathsmiles"! Finally, "Gomaotsu" characters appear in a home console game.
In addition, a soundtrack CD is included, featuring arranged songs newly written by Daisuke Matsumoto, the composer for "Gothic is Magical Maiden," for the DLC. This is a "LOVE MAX EDITION" that fans must see and hear. *The "DLC Additional Player Character 'Gothic is Magical Maiden' 5 Maidens Set" can be used in the "Deathsmiles" included in this product. This DLC is scheduled to be available for download purchase on each platform's store in the future.
