**Features**- Taking one tablet twice a day (morning and evening) with a single dose of fexofenadine hydrochloride alleviates allergy symptoms caused by pollen and house dust.- It is an allergy-specific nasal medication that is less likely to cause dry mouth and drowsiness.
**Precautions Before Use**1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage.2) For seasonal allergic rhinitis caused by pollen, it is effective to start taking the medication early, from the predicted pollen dispersal days or when symptoms begin.3) Continued use is necessary to achieve the effect.4) If no improvement is observed after one week of use, consult a pharmacist or registered salesperson. Even if symptoms improve, do not exceed two weeks of continuous use without consulting a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson.5) How to take out the tablets:- As shown in the diagram, press firmly on the protruding part of the PTP sheet containing the tablets with your fingertips, tear the aluminum foil on the back, and take out the tablet for use.- Accidentally swallowing the tablet directly can cause unexpected injuries such as puncturing the esophageal mucosa.
**Prohibited Actions**(Doing so may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects or accidents)1. Do not take this medication if you:(1) Have experienced allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients.(2) Are under 15 years old.2. Do not use any other medications while taking this drug.3. Do not take other allergy medications (including skin treatments and oral nasal remedies), oral antihistamines (such as cold remedies, cough suppressants, motion sickness drugs, sedatives), antacids (containing aluminum hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide), or erythromycin before or after taking this medication.4. If breastfeeding, do not take this medication or avoid breastfeeding during use (animal tests have shown transfer into breast milk).
**Consultation**1. Before taking this medication, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if you are:(1) Under medical treatment.(2) Unsure whether your nasal symptoms are due to allergic rhinitis or other causes like a cold.(3) Diagnosed with other allergic conditions such as asthma or atopic dermatitis.(4) Experiencing severe nasal congestion.(5) Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.(6) Elderly.(7) Have experienced allergic reactions to medications or other substances.

If any of the following symptoms appear after taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, as these may be side effects:[Affected areas and symptoms]- Skin: Swelling of the throat, eyelids, lips; rash; itching; hives; redness of the skin- Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, indigestion- Nervous system: Numbness, headache, fatigue, malaise, dizziness, insomnia, nervousness, nightmares, sleep disturbances- Urinary system: Frequent urination, difficulty urinating- Others: Palpitations, taste disturbances, edema, chest pain, difficulty breathing, high blood pressure, menstrual irregularities
Rarely, severe symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.[Symptoms and signs]- Shock (Anaphylaxis): Immediately after taking, symptoms such as itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or altered consciousness may appear.- Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.- Agranulocytosis, leukopenia, neutropenia: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.
3. After taking the medication, the following symptoms may occur; if these persist or worsen, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson:Dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea, drowsiness.
