▼Usage and dosage
When experiencing difficulty falling asleep or shallow sleep, take the following amount once a day before bedtime.

(3) Person or family member with allergies.

2. If any of the following occur, immediately stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this instruction manual.

1. Do not use if you are:

(4) Diagnosed with insomnia.
2. Do not take any other medications while taking this product.
Other hypnotic sedatives, cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, cough suppressants and expectorants, antihistamines (including nasal allergy medications, motion sickness medications, allergy medications).
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication. (Drowsiness may cause accidents. If sleepiness or fatigue persists until the next day, do not operate vehicles or machinery until these symptoms disappear.)
4. Do not take this medication if you are breastfeeding, or avoid breastfeeding if you do.
5. Do not drink alcohol while taking this medication.
6. Limit use to cases of difficulty falling asleep or shallow sleep, and do not use continuously.
