ATD

Controls drag force in response to fish's pull, preventing the fish from gaining the upper hand. To utilize this feature effectively, a loose drag setting is recommended. During hooking, it applies strong force, but always maintains the ability to adjust the drag according to the fish's pull. This setting allows landing large fish without excessive thrashing.


ZAION Air Rotor

Thorough analysis of the line roller part's lightweight design and the evenly distributed weight on the rotation axis of the spinning reel's bail structure, which is difficult to achieve with traditional designs. Proper distribution is calculated to realize a rotor with light winding and a compact body, reducing the rotor's rotation radius, resulting in an even lighter rotor.


ZAION

A high-density carbon fiber woven into a carbon resin, surpassing magnesium in weight-to-strength ratio, making the impossible possible. It is highly rigid, lightweight, and resistant to corrosion unlike metals, and is used in key parts of the reel.







Seamless new shape air bail

The decision to eliminate the water and foreign matter entry path through the stopper not only reduces weight and improves waterproof performance but also minimizes sudden troubles during tough environments or handling large fish, which are required for the LUVIAS series.


LC-ABS Long Cast-ABS

Maintains the idea of reducing contact resistance of ABS, with the contact point moved forward for smoother line release. The ring protrudes forward, making it harder for the line to ride on the ring, resulting in about 5% increased casting distance and fewer troubles. This is the next-generation ABS spool that realizes LC LONG CAST.
