The concept is realized by adopting SMT, Mega Top, ultra-fine tubular, and other delicate tips for enjoyable operation. The main material is SVF Nanoplus, designed for a flexible blank that suppresses stiffness, allowing a high-quality jigging experience. This is an expert model with a different axis from RT.
Blanks twisting directly affects casting and jigging performance. To thoroughly eliminate twisting, reinforced structure X45 was adopted, significantly increasing rigidity.
Streamlining the butt section and increasing joint strength, adopting the reverse parallel V joint α for a beautiful finish.
Guides equipped with 'AGS' C-ring and N-ring. Revisions to the setup have made the guide smaller in diameter.
AGS is fixed with CWS. The increased fixing force has also shortened the guide foot, resulting in a more compact fixing section that further enhances the original blank performance.

ESS Expert Sense Simulation

The 'ESS' rod design system analyzes the energy generated when the rod bends and tries to straighten in the opposite direction. This is strain energy, which is the force that causes deformed, bent blanks to return to their original shape, a critical factor in rod performance. Daiwa developed a system to analyze and design this strain energy, clearly understanding what is superior and what is lacking through numerical data, and reflecting expert sensibility into the rod. An innovative rod design system 'ESS' that creates rods beyond the ideal.


AGS Air Guide System

Lightweight, high-sensitivity 'AGS' air guide system. The carbon frame's lightness improves distance and control performance. Carbon, with about three times the rigidity of titanium, transmits subtle signals directly to the blank without absorption, providing high sensitivity.


SMT Super Metal Top

Using super elastic titanium alloy, the SMT super metal top achieves astonishing sensitivity impossible with carbon materials. The super elastic titanium alloy, which transmits vibrations for a long time, is tubular hollow or solid structure tailored to each rod type, hybridized with carbon or glass materials to pursue an ideal action.


X45 Full Shield, X45 Cobra Shield

X45 Full Shield thoroughly eliminates twisting during dynamic actions such as casting, action, hooking, and fighting. It tightens from the outermost layer with 45-degree carbon bias cross at the tip of the blank, where twisting is most likely to occur, greatly improving torsional rigidity. This enhances casting accuracy and maximizes the rod's inherent performance.
