The SS MAGFORCE, which further enhances bait finesse performance, finally arrives in the ALPHAS series. It achieves unprecedented low trajectory and extended casting capability, along with smooth rotation performance, and realizes a compact, high-standard bait finesse model. Its feature is the newly equipped G1 aluminum φ30mm bait finesse spool. In synergy with SS MAGFORCE, it achieves spool weight comparable to the ultra-small φ28mm AIR spool. The brake system of SS MAGFORCE, which overcomes the disadvantages of large-diameter spools, enhances spool performance and allows users to experience a unique cast feel with line release volume via TWS. It guides many bait finesse anglers toward further expansion of their capabilities.

Designed for use in various fields, the gear ratios are available in two types. Gear ratio 6.3 assists with worming, small plugs, shads, and stable straight-line retrieval of tiny I-shaped plugs. Gear ratio 8.5 supports precise low-trajectory and quick retrieval control of finesse rigs like neko rigs and small jigs, even under line slack conditions. Bait finesse now has a solid foundation.

HYPERDRIVE DIGIGEAR

A newly designed gear system in bait (dual-axis) reels that pursues sustained strong and smooth rotation. The gear tooth module (size), which directly affects durability, is not reduced to improve mesh ratio, achieving long-lasting initial smoothness through Daiwa's proprietary technology.

HYPER DOUBLE SUPPORT

A drive support system that realizes sustained smoothness and the strength and lightness of winding. By supporting both ends of the pinion gear with two high-precision ball bearings, it reduces input from the handle, enabling powerful and light winding even under load.

HYPER ARMED HOUSING FULL AL

A housing system that internally supports the structure with high rigidity and high precision, producing delicate winding feel and power. Using metal materials for the essential frame, combined with side plates and set plates, it allows the basic performance to be maintained over a long period.

In this series, the frame, gear side side plate, and dial side set plate are made of aluminum alloy. It features a full-metal housing with sufficient strength.

HYPER TOUGH CLUTCH

A clutch system with sharp on/off performance that continues to slide thousands or tens of thousands of times, and is highly resistant to trouble even in seawater with high salinity. It has achieved a 99% reduction in stuck repairs in harsh salt environments compared to previous models, boasting cutting-edge insulation structure.

φ30mm G1 aluminum bait finesse spool

The first SS MAGFORCE dedicated φ30mm G1 aluminum bait finesse spool. To surpass the conventional φ28mm AIR spool, which was optimized for weight reduction, the design of the large impact rotor shape was significantly revised during the transition to SS MAGFORCE. As a result, the spools installed in the 25 ALPHAS BF TW series are expanded from φ28mm to φ30mm while maintaining almost the same spool unit weight.

SS MAGFORCE (Simple Swift MAGFORCE)

A new brake system that delivers comfortable low-trajectory casting performance with a compact swing. It has been completely redesigned from the ground up, achieving overwhelming weight reduction and low inertia, specifically for finesse. The internal dead space of the side plate and spool unit has been minimized for maximum compactness. It allows casting with less effort and more precision than ever before. The SS MAGFORCE upgrade has led to space savings in the dead space of the previous structure, with the side plate being 6mm thinner compared to the 20 ALPHAS AIR TW, making it more grip-friendly and compact.

KTF development cooperation

Joint development with Mr. Yukihiro Sawamura, representative of K.T.F. Since the mid-2000s, he has advocated the effectiveness of bait finesse and continues to shine at the forefront of domestic and international tournaments as Mr. Bait Finesse. The proof of providing the best bait finesse performance is engraved on the decorative box.

Oil injection cap

The 25 ALPHAS BF TW features an oil injection cap. During shipment, a zero spool gap setting is applied, with a very slight gap of about 0.2mm, eliminating the need for mechanical brake adjustments. The cap can be removed using the included special tool, allowing oiling and maintenance of the pinion ball bearing.

Drag pull-out click

A highly requested feature, the drag pull-out click, is now included. This mechanism produces a clicking sound during line retrieval when fighting a fish, allowing the angler to judge drag activation by sound. It is an essential feature for using fine lines and gaining an advantage in game play.
