Achieved lightweight design by adopting ZAION V

The points of the "Monocoque body" are: first, "Silky rotation". Improved body rigidity and gear support accuracy realize silky rotation. Second, "Increased winding power". Larger diameter gears improve winding power. Furthermore, "Enhanced rotational durability". Larger gear diameter also improves durability. Lastly, "Improved waterproofness". The airtightness of the monocoque body and the high water resistance of the Magshield synergistically enhance the waterproofness of the body. The ZAION V body rotor and ZAION handle arm maintain strength with a brake lever, achieving a 15g weight reduction on the 19 Raxas compared to previous models. The new gear ratio 6.6 99cm XH model has been introduced. The monocoque body enables further high gear ratios, allowing quick retrieval and handling. Two gear ratios are available: the XH model with gear ratio 6.6 and 99cm retrieval, and the H model with gear ratio 6.2 and 93cm.

Lightest in the Raxas series

Achieved 255g, 15g lighter than the 270g of the 19 Raxas. The new monocoque body, lever, and spool contribute to overall weight reduction.


Continued spool compatibility

Any spool can be attached if the drag knob is a push-type spool, except for 4000LBD and Otonaga monsters.


Large diameter drive gear

Compared to the 19 Raxas, the drive gear diameter has increased by 1mm to 31mm and 32mm, a 3mm increase, and gear thickness has increased by 5mm and 5.45mm, a 9mm increase, enhancing strength and durability.







New drag ratchet shape

Adopts a drag ratchet with the same structure as the Tournament ISO. Changing the shape reduces resistance during drag operation, and even slight drag activation can be detected by sound.


Manual bail return

Uses a manual return system where the bail is reset by hand. Prevents bail return during casting and improves durability. The bail does not return with handle rotation; after line release, manually return the bail.


Standard equipped with Economizer

Includes the useful "Economizer" for thin line winding as standard. The 2500 model can hold 1.85号-150m, and the 3000 model can hold 3号-150m.

MONOCOQUE BODY

Strong and durable technology, monocoque body. Traditional spinning reels support the drive gear at both ends with the body and body cover, fixed with several screws. To improve precision and rigidity, the body cover was eliminated, and a high-precision plate was directly screwed into the body, creating a monocoque body. This increases gear support accuracy, rigidity, and airtightness. It also allows for maximum enlargement of the drive gear size by utilizing space previously occupied by screws. "Monocoque" means a single shell, like a clam shell, symbolizing strength. This completely new structure breaks conventional reel design.


ZAION V

More lightweight and stronger reels. Developed using a carbon hybrid resin called ZAION V. By precisely controlling the amount of carbon hybridized, it surpasses metals in lightweightness and rivals metals in strength, offering high versatility for many reels. It inherits the essence of ZAION, which is the maximum specification of carbon hybrid resin.


BITURBO BRAKE SYSTEM

Achieves twice the brake efficiency of conventional systems by adopting titanium disks, providing powerful braking with just a light grip on the lever. The time to reach necessary brake force is reduced to one-quarter of conventional systems.
