Achieved lightweight by adopting ZAION V

Because it is a "Monocoque body," it can achieve rigidity. Improved waterproofness has evolved the Raxas. The key point of the "Monocoque body" is first, "Silky rotation." Improved body rigidity and gear support accuracy realize silky rotation. Then, "Increased winding power." Larger diameter gears improve winding power. Furthermore, "Enhanced rotational durability." The airtightness of the monocoque body and the high water resistance of the magnetic shield synergistically improve the waterproofness of the body. ZAION V body rotor, ZAION handle arm, brake lever maintain strength while achieving a 15g weight reduction of the 19 Raxas model. A new gear ratio 6.6 99cm XH model has appeared. The monocoque body enables further high gear ratios, allowing quick retrieval of rigs and handling. You can choose between the XH model with gear ratio 6.6 and 99cm and the H model with gear ratio 6.2 and 93cm.

Lightest in the Raxas series

Achieved 255g, 15g lighter than the 270g 19 Raxas. The new monocoque body, lever, and spool lightweighting contribute to overall weight reduction.


Continuing spool compatibility

If the drag knob part is a push-type spool, any spool can be attached except for 4000LBD and Oto-Naga Monster.


Large diameter drive gear

Compared to the 19 Raxas, the drive gear diameter is increased by 1mm to 31mm and 32mm, a 3mm increase, and gear thickness is also increased by 0.45mm to 5mm and 9mm, improving strength and durability.







New drag ratchet shape

Adopts a drag ratchet with the same structure as the Tournament ISO. Changing the shape reduces resistance during drag operation, and even slight drag operation can be detected by sound.


Manual bail return

Adopts a manual return system where the bail is returned by hand. Prevents bail return during casting and aims to improve durability, with a structure that prevents bail from returning when the handle is rotated. Please manually return the bail after line release.


Economizer standard equipment

Standardly equipped with the "Economizer" useful for winding thin lines. The 2500 size can hold 1.85 No. line-150m, and the 3000 size can hold 3 No. line-150m.

MONOCOQUE BODY

Strong and durable technology, monocoque body. Conventional spinning reels support the drive gear at both ends with a body and body cover, fixed with several screws. To improve precision and rigidity, the body cover was eliminated, and a high-precision plate was directly screwed into the body, creating a monocoque body. This increases gear support accuracy and improves rigidity and airtightness. Additionally, space previously occupied by screws was utilized to maximize the size of the drive gear. "Monocoque body" means a shell made of a single "mono" shell, symbolizing strength like a clam shell, breaking conventional reel structure norms.


ZAION V

Make the reel lighter and stronger. For this purpose, a carbon hybrid resin called ZAION V was developed. By precisely controlling the amount of carbon hybridization, it surpasses metals in lightweightness and rivals metals in strength, achieving high-level versatility suitable for many reels. It inherits the essence of ZAION, which is the maximum specification of carbon hybrid resin.


BITURBO BRAKE SYSTEM

Achieves twice the brake efficiency of conventional systems by adopting titanium disks, exerting strong braking power with just a light grip on the lever. The time to reach necessary brake force by gripping the lever is reduced to one-quarter of the conventional time.
