AGS

The lightweight, high-sensitivity AGS (Air Guide System) uses a carbon frame, which has about three times the rigidity of titanium due to the characteristics of carbon, allowing it to transmit even the slightest signals directly to the blank without absorption. The lightweight carbon also contributes to overall rod weight reduction, especially in the tip section, enhancing sensitivity.

CWS (Carbon Wrapping System)

Daiwa's proprietary technology that fixes guides and reel seats to the blank. It uses tightly woven carbon cross to fix parts instead of thread, reducing weight at attachment points. CWS also improves holding power (torsional rigidity of guide attachment) and durability (crack resistance). The carbon cross appearance asserts presence.
