Achieved lightweight design by adopting ZAION V

The point of the "Monocoque body" is its rigidity. Improved waterproofness has evolved the Raxas. As a key point of the "Monocoque body," first is "Silky rotation." By improving body rigidity and gear support accuracy, silky rotation is realized. Next is "Increased winding power." The larger diameter gears enhance winding power. Furthermore, "Improved rotational durability." Larger gears also improve durability. Lastly, "Enhanced waterproofness." The airtightness of the monocoque body and the high water resistance of the magnetic shield synergistically improve the waterproofness of the body. The ZAION V body rotor and ZAION handle arm maintain strength with a brake lever, achieving a 15g weight reduction of the 19 Raxas model. A new gear ratio of 6.6 for the 99cm XH model has been introduced. The monocoque body enables further high gear ratios, allowing quick rig retrieval. Two gear ratios are available: the XH model with 6.6 gear ratio and 99cm retrieval, and the H model with 6.2 gear ratio and 93cm retrieval.

Lightest in the Raxas series

Achieved 255g, 15g lighter than the 270g 19 Raxas. The new monocoque body, lever, and spool contribute to overall weight reduction.


Continued spool compatibility

Any spool can be attached if the drag knob is a push-type spool, except for 4000LBD and Oonaga Monster.


Large diameter drive gear

Compared to the 19 Raxas, the drive gear diameter is increased by 1mm to 31mm and 32mm, a 3mm increase, and gear thickness is increased by 5mm to 5.45mm, a 9mm increase, enhancing strength and durability.







New drag ratchet shape

Adopts a drag ratchet with the same structure as the Tournament ISO. Changing the shape reduces resistance during drag operation, and even slight drag activation can be detected by sound.


Manual bail return

Uses a manual return system where the bail is reset by hand. This prevents bail return during casting and improves durability. The bail does not return with handle rotation; after line release, manually return the bail.


Standard equipped with Economizer

Equipped with the useful "Economizer" for winding thin lines. The 2500 model can hold 1.85号-150m, and the 3000 model can hold 3号-150m.

MONOCOQUE BODY

High-strength, durable technology, monocoque body. Traditional spinning reels support the drive gear at both ends with a body and body cover fixed by screws. To improve precision and rigidity, the body cover was eliminated, and a high-precision plate was directly screwed into the body, creating a monocoque body. This increases gear support accuracy and improves rigidity and airtightness. It also allows for maximum enlargement of the drive gear size by utilizing space previously occupied by screws. "Monocoque" means a single shell, like a clam shell, symbolizing strength. This completely new structure breaks conventional reel design.


ZAION V

More lightweight and stronger reels. Developed using carbon hybrid resin, ZAION V is a carbon hybrid resin. By precisely controlling the amount of carbon hybridized, it achieves weight surpassing metals and strength comparable to metals at a high level, while maintaining versatility for many reel models. It inherits the essence of ZAION, which is the maximum specification of carbon hybrid resin.


BITURBO BRAKE SYSTEM

Adopts titanium disks, achieving twice the brake efficiency of conventional systems, providing strong braking power with just a light grip on the lever. The time to reach necessary brake force by gripping the lever is reduced to one-quarter of the conventional time.
