The new standard of SW spinning debuts. Features a fully metal (AL material) monocoque body with a large-diameter tough digital gear, enabling powerful and smooth winding. With 9 items ranging from size 4000 to 18000, it covers saltwater lure games including light shore casting, SLJ, yellowtail casting, and tuna casting, among others.

Fully metal (AL material) monocoque body

Traditional spinning reels support the drive gear at both ends with a body and body cover, fixed with several screws. To improve precision and rigidity, the monocoque body eliminates the body cover and fixes a high-precision plate directly to the body with screws. This increases gear support accuracy and enhances rigidity and airtightness. It also utilizes space previously occupied by screws to enlarge the drive gear size. "Monocoque" means "single shell." Its new shape, symbolizing the strength of a shell of a clam, breaks conventional reel structure norms. In CALDIA SW, this sufficient rigidity is balanced with lightweight considerations, targeting each reel size for optimal balance.

Magshield

A waterproof structure that creates a magnetic oil wall between the body and rotor to block intrusion of seawater, dust, etc. Because the body and rotor are contactless, smooth rotation and initial performance are maintained over a long period.


Fully metal (AL material) monocoque body

To further improve precision and rigidity, the body cover was eliminated, and a high-precision plate was directly screwed into the body, creating a monocoque body. This increases gear support accuracy and improves rigidity and airtightness.


ATD

Follows the fish's pull to control drag force, preventing the fish from gaining the lead. To utilize this feature, a loose drag setting is effective. During hooking, it applies strong drag, but always maintains drag against the fish's pull, allowing landing without excessive thrashing even for large fish.
