These sweet-tasting, organically cultivated soybeans allow us to stand out with their natural flavor as a steamed bean product. By using raw materials that could not be used for steamed beans due to peeling or other issues, we aim to reduce food waste by not wasting the carefully grown beans from contracted farmers.

Other ingredients are also carefully selected, including domestically produced soybean kinako (roasted soybean flour), Hokkaido-grown beet sugar, and natural sun-dried salt from Izu Oshima.
