Hatsunejima is widely known as an island rich in nature, showing off its expressions in every season.
Kazami Academy on Hatsunejima.Yoshino Kiyotaka, a second-year student there, is active in the newspaper club with five girls, including Rikka Morizono, a senior called the school idol, his childhood friend like a sister Himeno Kuzuki, and his half-cousin Charles Yoshino.
However, Hatsunejima is no longer overflowing with mysterious events as it once was, and there are no particular incidents to report, so they spend their days idly in the club room.

Despite it being winter, the cherry blossoms of Hatsunejima suddenly began to bloom all at once.Furthermore, the members of the newspaper club, to their surprise, all received an email simultaneously. The sender was unknown. The content was:

Kiyotaka, the eldest son of the Kuzuki family, one of Japan's leading wizarding families, crosses the sea with his sister Himeno to study abroad at the Royal London Magic School, commonly known as Kazami-dori, in London, England.
What awaited Kiyotaka and Himeno in this foreign land were the streets of London, shrouded in deep fog, and the giant academy city spreading beneath it.
The academy city, consisting of three islands arranged in a crescent moon shape over an underground lake.
