The way new buds grow from spring to summer is powerful and full of life. The creatures living there shine brighter, evoking emotion and affection, making me feel happy. Precious life on Earth, living together! Green for people's hearts! I paint with the wish that this visual will remind people of environmental consideration.

About the Artist - Soujirou Fujitani
Biography:
1966: Born in Hyogo Prefecture.
1989: Graduated from Osaka Designers College, PD Course.
1994: Became independent after working for an illustration production company.
1995: Established S&R ILLUSTRATION.
1996: Part-time lecturer at Osaka Designers College, PD Course.
2005: Company name changed from S&R to S and R (illustrations).
2011: Started selling original works (giclée prints).
2012: First solo exhibition (Paper Voice Osaka, Heiwa Paper Industry).
Member of JAGDA (Japan Graphic Designers Association Inc.).
Over 23 years in commercial advertising illustration, involved in over 300 illustration projects for product packaging, catalogs, posters, etc.
The foundation is analog realistic illustration techniques. Original works are created in a digital environment, building on analog skills, with nature, including houseplants, as the theme, wishing for the importance of environmental issues.
About Giclée (Prints):
Giclée (print) is also known as digital lithography and is a printmaking technique that uses the latest digital technology.
Giclée is French for "to spray ink" and is produced by spraying ink directly onto print paper, canvas, or other specialized paper based on digital data.
It has extremely high reproducibility and excellent lightfastness due to the use of pigment inks, and is currently considered the printmaking technique closest to the original artwork.
