[Instructions]

1. Heat vegetable oil in a pot and sauté the ingredients cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Add water, bring to a boil, remove scum, and simmer over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes until the ingredients are tender.
3. Turn off the heat once, add this product, and dissolve well.
4. Simmer again over low heat until done.
