Muso Direct Fire Roasted Curry Roux - Spicy

This curry roux is made with carefully selected, fragrant spices, as well as vegetables and fruits.
Additionally, chutney and yogurt are added as secret ingredients.

It is a melt-in-the-mouth flake-type curry roux that provides deep richness with a blend of carefully selected spices, and a rich aroma created by using "Pork & Chicken" and "Vegetables & Fruits."
The roux is roasted slowly in small quantities over a direct fire in a pot.

We value the color and aroma of the roux, which gives it a deep, unique flavor that cannot be experienced elsewhere.
It contains domestically produced wheat flour.
Because it does not use caramel coloring, the color appears yellowish.

◆How to Serve
(1 bag 170g: serves 6 to 8 dishes)

＜Ingredients＞
Curry: 1 bag
Meat: 200g
Onions: 2 (400g)
Carrots: 150g
Water: 800cc (about 4 cups)

1. Cut the meat into appropriate sizes, and sauté in butter or salad oil until slightly browned, then transfer to a dish.
2. Sauté the onions (thin slices) and carrots (thin slices) thoroughly.
3. Add water and the ingredients from steps 1 and 2 into a pot, and simmer well.
4. Turn off the heat once, add one bag of roux, and simmer carefully to prevent burning.

＊If adding potatoes, simmer them together to break down and thicken the stew, or boil separately and add just before finishing.
