■How to Use
1. Remove the cap and the blue inner stopper, then detach the nozzle from the bottle by holding the base of the nozzle.
2. Turn the cap upside down, insert the nozzle through the cap.
3. Hold the cap and attach it to the bottle. Turn the screw to the end to fix the nozzle securely.
4. Hold the bottle and place the tip of the nozzle at the vaginal opening.
5. Relax your body and gently insert the nozzle fully into the vagina by slowly tilting upward.
6. Squeeze the bottle firmly to spray enough purified water for thorough rinsing. The rinsed liquid will naturally flow out of the body.
7. After use, keep the nozzle attached and dispose of the entire unit in the included plastic bag.
