■ How to Use
1. Remove the cap and the blue inner plug, then detach it from the bottle by holding the base of the nozzle.
2. Insert the nozzle through the cap, with the top of the cap facing down.
3. Hold the cap and set it on the bottle. Turn the screw until it clicks to secure the nozzle.
4. Hold the bottle and place the tip of the nozzle at the vaginal opening.
5. Relax your body and slowly insert the nozzle upwards at an angle until the nozzle part is fully inserted.
6. Squeeze the bottle firmly and in one go to ensure the purified water is fully ejected for cleansing. The washed-out liquid will naturally flow out of the body.
7. After use, dispose of the bottle with the nozzle attached in the included plastic bag.

* Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
