簡単にクレームやフランを作ることが出来るミックス粉です。衛生面でも優れており、安定した商品の製造が可能です。非常にクリーミーな仕上りになります。【使用例】フランプードル75gに対して用意して頂く材料牛乳1000g、全卵2個または卵黄4個、バター100g(お好みで)、グラニュー糖100~200g【1】グラニュー糖の1/3量、牛乳の1/4量とフランプードルを混ぜ、卵を加える。【2】残りの牛乳とグラニュー糖を沸騰させ、かき混ぜながら火からおろし、【1】に注ぎ入れ、混ぜながら2分間沸騰させる。【3】バターを加える場合は、加えて出来上がり。出来上がったクリームは冷凍可能です。
