Cornell Dupree's posthumous masterpiece CD "Doin' Alright" is reissued on LP in 2021 with added horns! Cornell Dupree was a guitarist who played with the grooviest feel in the world. In 2021, the 10th anniversary of its release and his passing, the masterpiece CD "Doin' Alright," overflowing with Cornell's groove, is reissued on LP with newly added horns! Cornell's guitar is twice as charming riding on the raw, powerful Texas horn sound!

This is the definitive album "Doin' Alright" that will make you cry out with joy, "This is Cornell Dupree!" The artist sadly passed away on May 8, 2011, before he could see its release in July 2011. This album, his posthumous work, has been carefully selected and reissued on LP with the addition of the currently very popular, thick brass sound of The Texas Horns. This is a special project dedicated to Cornell, who left behind many masterpieces of horn battle sessions.

While the CD album allowed us to enjoy Cornell's unique groove born from the thrill of the session, this time it creates a rocking sound with the tough and fat horns characteristic of Cornell's roots in Texas. Elevating Cornell anew is the battle-hardened The Texas Horns, led by tenor saxophonist Kaz Kazanoff (horn arrangements by Kazanoff himself, who also participated in the original session). This is a special project exclusively for the analog release.
