▼Dosage and Administration
Take the following amount before bedtime (or on an empty stomach) with water or lukewarm water. However, use the minimum dose for the first dose, and gradually increase or decrease the dose while observing your bowel movements and condition.
15 years and older: 1 to 3 tablets per dose: 1 dose per day
11 to 14 years old: 1 to 2 tablets per dose: 1 dose per day
