● Story
Busan, 1992. Hae-woon, promised the party's nomination, decides to run for the National Assembly election. However, Sun-tae, the mastermind behind the scenes who controls the country, replaces the nominated candidate with a man who will do his bidding. Enraged, Hae-woon obtains the "top-secret document" created by Sun-tae to manipulate wealth and power, and with election funds from Pil-do, a gangster he teams up with, he runs as an independent. Hae-woon, who enjoys immense popularity among the local people, appears to have an overwhelming advantage, but Sun-tae launches a chilling counterattack. However, this election was merely the beginning of a fierce power struggle that would shake the nation.
