It can be used on most vehicles with coil suspension, including Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Suzuki, Daihatsu, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and other manufacturers.
Installation is simple, as it only involves fitting into the spring, requiring no special tools, making it a DIY-friendly custom part.
・It physically limits (adjusts) the stroke amount of the coil suspension, preventing bottoming out of the shock absorber on lowered vehicles with height adjustment kits or down suspensions, and can be used as a countermeasure to mitigate the deterioration of ride comfort caused by lowering the vehicle.
Also, if the front and rear ride heights are not aligned, it is possible to raise the height, and it can be used as a balancer for front-rear height adjustment.
・Since a wide variety of sizes are available, you can select the height (thickness) that suits your purpose and application.
For maintaining the current ride height while improving ride comfort, reducing bottoming out, or minimizing abnormal noises caused by excessive sinking, choose a spacer with a thickness close to the gap when the spring is compressed in a non-lifted state; for raising the height, choose a spacer with a thickness close to the gap when the spring is extended in a lifted state.
The thicker the spacer, the greater the effect of raising the vehicle height.
・Even if you are dissatisfied with ride comfort or appearance after installing coilovers or down suspensions, and returning to stock is costly and difficult, this product is affordable.
Please note that it cannot be installed on leaf springs or air suspension (air suspensions).
