パワーウインドウレギュレーターとは、自動車の側面窓ガラスの開閉を自動でしてくれる部品です。
パワーウインドウが一般化する前は手動のハンドルをクルクル回して 窓の開閉を行っていました。
パワーウインドウレギュレーターはスイッチ操作することによりモーターの回転を窓に伝える重要な役目をしています。
開閉が遅い、異音が発生する等の症状が出た場合、グリスアップで直る事が多いのですがトラブル防止のためアッセンブリーで新品に交換してしまったほうが無難で安心です。
故障が疑われる場合は、アッセンブリーで丸ごと新品に交換がお勧めです。
高額なメーカー純正部品を用意して交換される方が多いと思いますが、高品質のリーズナブルな社外品でコストを抑える事が可能です。
