- Benefits of Canards
Large canards act as front wings, actively increasing front-downforce and pressing the front tires down.
Small canards primarily function as air splitters, organizing airflow turbulence around the wheel wells and suppressing the car's tendency to lift.
Both large and small canards generate more downforce as speed increases, leading to improved steering stability at high speeds and a quicker front-end response. They are aerodynamic parts that greatly contribute to cornering performance at the entrance of high-speed corners, especially on circuits.

Attaching canards to the front of the car generates downforce that pushes the sides of the car towards the ground, relatively lightening the rear and potentially compromising straight-line stability.
Furthermore, they create significant air resistance, so the greater the angle of attack in the vertical direction when viewed from the direction of travel, and the larger the canard, the greater the air resistance, raising concerns about fuel economy deterioration.
As these are parts that significantly affect the car's behavior, depending on the installation method and the balance of downforce with the rear, there is a risk of inducing spins at high speeds, so caution should be exercised with extreme settings.
