This is an aftermarket radiator for Honda CBR250R MC41 early model.
Compatible models: Honda CBR250R ABS 2011-2013 MC41 early model / CBR300F 2015-2018 / CBR300R 2015-2020 / CBR300R ABS 2019, etc. Size (approx.): Same size as genuine part Material: Aluminum Color: Silver
A radiator circulates cooling water in the water jacket, which has been heated by the combustion of the air-fuel mixture inside the engine cylinders, using a water pump to stabilize the water temperature through running wind and heat dissipation.
It is installed at the front of the engine or below the headlight, where it is easily exposed to running wind and has high heat dissipation efficiency.
When driving at low speeds, idling while stopped, or during hot summer days with high outside temperatures, the cooling performance may not be sufficient, so an electric cooling fan is installed behind the radiator to dissipate heat.
If road debris is kicked up by the vehicle in front and hits the radiator, causing damage, it can lead to overheating and damage to the engine if left as is, so replacement is necessary.
By using an affordable aftermarket part with equivalent performance to genuine parts instead of expensive genuine parts for replacement, costs can be reduced.
Since it has the same shape as the genuine product, genuine hoses can also be used, allowing for assembly replacement.
Early detection of malfunctions through daily inspections can help identify radiator abnormalities, so if there is a coolant leak or core damage, replacement is recommended.
