"Ignition coil replacement method"
(1) Remove the ignition coil and confirm that the engine and ignition device are off.
The engine should also be cool.
(2) Remove the electrical connector of the ignition coil.
Usually, this involves pulling the connector away from the coil while pressing down the tab of the connector.
(3) Use a ratchet wheel and sleeve to remove the ignition coil fixing fastener.
(4) Lift the ignition coil and remove it from the engine, then remove it from the spark plug.
(5) Compare the new ignition coil with the old one to ensure that both designs are the same.
(6) Place the coil onto the spark plug, confirm that the coil mounting hole aligns with the engine's stud or hole, and gently press the coil down.
(7) Reinstall the coil fixing fastener, and tighten using the ratchet wheel and sleeve until it fits snugly.
(8) Reconnect the electrical connector of the coil; once fixed in the proper position, you will hear a click sound.
(9) Start the engine and check the work.
