■ Usage and DosageAdd the following amount to one cup of water or hot water, mix well, and take immediately.
[Age: Single dose: Frequency of use]- Adults (15 years and older): 1 to 2 packets- 11 to 14 years old: 2/3 to 4/3 packets- 7 to 10 years old: 1/2 to 1 packet- 3 to 6 years old: 1/3 to 2/3 packet
Take 3 times a day before meals (or between meals or after meals).However, start with the minimum amount and gradually increase or decrease based on bowel movement and condition.
Do not give to children under 3 years old.
