**Training 1**Squatting ExerciseStand in the center of the cushion.
1. Place one foot outward and perform a light squat in place.(5–10 repetitions)2. Place both feet inward and perform a light squat in place.(5–10 repetitions)3. Keep both feet straight and perform a light squat in place.(5–10 repetitions)
**POINT:** Keep your toes and knees facing the same direction while squatting.
**Training 2**Step-up and Down ExerciseStand in front of the cushion, with your posture straight as if pulling up your navel.
**Proper way to do step-up and down exercise:**- Place your right foot on the cushion, then your left foot on the cushion.- When lowering your right foot from the cushion, then lower your left foot from the cushion.- Repeat the movement as if climbing up and down stairs.

**POINT:** Be conscious of aligning your toes and knees in the same direction.
**Note:**- Step on the center of the cushion, not the edge.

**Precautions for Use:**- For indoor use only.- Before use, ensure no one is around and use on a flat, spacious area.- Do not use on chairs, sofas, unstable or slippery surfaces. There is a risk of injury or unexpected accidents.- Do not use while wearing socks or slippers to prevent falls.- Do not stand on or jump on the edges of the product. There is a risk of falling.- Do not use by more than one person at a time.- Do not jump onto the product forcefully.- If deformation or damage is observed, stop using immediately.- If there is a risk of falling, do not use alone; always have a caregiver assist.- Do not use if you have injuries, illnesses, or are pregnant. Do not use if feeling unwell.- Use gradually without forcing yourself.- Limit usage to about 5 minutes per day; avoid prolonged use.- If you experience pain or symptoms during or after use, stop immediately and consult a doctor. Continuing may worsen symptoms.- Do not use in places with high floor temperatures, under floor heating, or in humid environments.- Repeated use in the same spot may cause color transfer or sticking. Move the product periodically to allow ventilation.- Store the zipper pull of the cover inside to prevent floor damage.- When used on leather, synthetic leather, or PVC-treated floors, the anti-slip agent on the underside of the cover may transfer to the floor depending on usage.- If odors are noticeable, air the product in the shade in a well-ventilated area before use.- Be careful not to snag with sharp objects.- The cover is washable, but the main body cannot be washed. If dirty, wipe with a damp, tightly wrung cloth.- Do not wash the cover in a washing machine’s hand wash mode.- The cover may shrink after washing; shape it and dry in the shade.- Exposure to sunlight or fluorescent light may cause discoloration.- Keep out of reach of children to prevent play that could cause accidents.- Store in a place inaccessible to children.- Do not play with the packaging bag to avoid suffocation.- Do not leave in high-temperature, high-humidity environments for long periods.- Keep away from fire.- Individual experiences of comfort may vary.
