It has not undergone alkalization, resulting in a lighter color and a taste with the natural acidity of cacao.
It can be used not only for hot cocoa but also for making sweets such as cakes, puddings, hotcakes, and scones.
A particularly recommended way to drink it is "Salted Cocoa," made with 7g of cocoa powder, 11g of sugar, and 0.4g of salt (about 2%).
