How to make curry hot pot
Example ingredients: Ground beef and pork mix 200g, pork belly slices 200g, cabbage 1/4 head (about 300g), Chinese chives 1 bunch (about 100g), bean sprouts 1 bag (200g-250g), carrot 1/2 (about 60g), 1 bag of this product.
*Feel free to add ingredients like chicken, eggplant, mushrooms, etc., as you like.

Tips for enjoying it deliciously
Pre-fry the ground meat and pork belly slices in sesame oil before adding to the soup for a more fragrant and richer hot pot.

1. Add the soup
Pour the soup into a pot and heat. When it boils, add the meat.
*Shake the soup well before pouring into the pot.
2. Add ingredients and simmer
Once it boils again, reduce to medium heat, remove scum, add cabbage and carrots. When cooked, add Chinese chives and bean sprouts, bring to a boil, and it's ready.

Spicy curry udon
Ingredients and method
1. Add one serving of udon (1 bundle) to the hot pot residue and heat over medium heat (about 3 minutes).
2. Once it boils, turn off the heat, sprinkle chopped green onions, and it's ready.
Optionally, sprinkle ichimi or shichimi togarashi before serving.

Be careful as contents may splatter when opening.
No preservatives are used, so use immediately after opening.
If not used entirely, transfer to another container and store in the freezer.
