How to make curry hot pot
Example ingredients: Ground beef and pork 200g
Pork belly slices 200g
Cabbage 1/4 head (about 300g)
Nira (garlic chives) 1 bunch (about 100g)
Bean sprouts 1 bag (200g~250g)
Carrot 1/2 (about 60g)

Tips for delicious eating
Pre-fry the ground meat and pork belly slices in sesame oil before adding to the soup for a more fragrant and richer hot pot.

1. Add the soup
Pour the soup into a pot and heat. When it boils, add the meat.
*Shake the soup well before pouring into the pot.
2. Add ingredients and simmer
Once it boils again, reduce heat to medium, remove scum, add cabbage and carrots. When cooked, add nira and bean sprouts, bring to a boil once more, and it's ready.

Spicy curry udon
Ingredients and method
1. Add udon (1 serving) to the hot pot residue and heat over medium heat (about 3 minutes)
2. Once it boils, turn off the heat, sprinkle chopped green onions, and it's ready.
Optionally, sprinkle ichimi or shichimi togarashi (spicy chili powder) before serving.

Be careful as contents may splatter when opening.
No preservatives are used, so use immediately after opening.
Any leftovers should be transferred to another container and stored in the freezer.
Be careful not to cut your hands on the edges or cut surface of the bag.
