During the player's turn, you choose whether to hire circus performers or hold a performance.
At the start of the game, each player's circus is empty, so you need to hire performers to form a troupe.
Performers perform splendid acts on three rings (stages), captivating the audience.
Depending on the order of acts, various benefits are brought, so how you assemble the performance program is also a showcase of skill.
Performances in small towns are easy to conduct and help acquire supplies necessary for expanding the circus.
Performances in cities are more demanding but allow scouting top-tier performers.
In large cities, specific acts are required, but if you perform well, you can earn the most fame.
While your small circus troupe fights to survive, a much larger Barnum Circus is touring the United States.
When they reach a major city in a region, fame points are calculated for that region. Circus troupes that perform many shows in the targeted region earn additional fame.
