What is CLIPPER...?

Clipper started in 1984 with the highest quality Assam tea from "Mike & Lorraine Brim", master tea tasters in Dorset, England. It was the first to introduce organic tea to the British market, received the first Fairtrade certification in Japan in 1994, and has recently won numerous international awards, including the "Great Taste Awards", a prestigious international culinary competition, making it a beloved tea brand worldwide.

What is White Tea...?

Also known as "Bai Cha", it uses the unopened buds and young leaves that mainly grow in Fujian Province, China. It is a very delicate tea, hand-picked only during a short two-week period in early spring each year. The name "White Tea" comes from the silvery down that covers the tea leaves. The process is simple, involving only wilting the leaves and drying them slowly, allowing the leaves to remain in their natural state and undergo oxidation only on the surface, following the natural fermentation of the tea leaves. The simplicity highlights the skill of the artisans, increasing the rarity of white tea. It is also gaining attention for its antioxidant properties and health benefits, and is referred to as "Beauty's Tea".

■ SOIL ASSOCIATION Organic Certification Mark
The certification mark of the "Soil Association Certification", the largest organic certification body in the UK. It sets stricter standards compared to EU and other domestic standards.
