Wonderland "For Children" is a syrup formulation with a refreshing, sweet pineapple flavor that is easy for children to take. Each active ingredient relieves symptoms such as runny nose, cough, and fever.

**Precautions for Use**

**Do Not Do**
(Failure to follow these precautions may worsen current symptoms or lead to side effects/accidents.)

1. **Do not administer to the following individuals:**
* Those who have experienced allergic symptoms from this drug.
* Those who have experienced asthma after taking this drug or other cold medicines or antipyretic analgesics.

2. **While taking this drug, do not take any of the following medications:**
* Other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, antitussives/expectorants, or internal medications containing antihistamines (nasal spray medications, motion sickness medications, allergy medications).

3. **Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this drug.**
(Drowsiness may occur.)

4. **Do not drink alcohol while taking this drug.**

5. **Do not use for prolonged periods.**

**Consultation**

1. **Consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this drug if:**
* You are receiving treatment from a doctor or dentist.
* You are pregnant or may be pregnant.
* You are breastfeeding.
* You are elderly.
* You or a family member has an allergic constitution.
* You have experienced allergic symptoms from medication.
* You have the following symptoms: High fever, difficulty urinating.
* You have been diagnosed with the following conditions: Thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, liver disease, kidney disease, stomach/duodenal ulcer, glaucoma.

2. **In the following cases, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this document:**
* If the following symptoms appear after taking the drug:
* **Affected Area: Symptoms**
* Skin: Rash, redness, itching
* Digestive System: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
* Psychiatric/Nervous System: Dizziness
* Other: Difficulty urinating
* **Rarely, the following severe symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.**

* Shock (Anaphylaxis): Immediately after administration, symptoms such as hives, swelling, chest tightness, pale face, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, and difficulty breathing appear.
* Mucocutaneous Ocular Syndrome (Stevens-Johnson Syndrome): Severe symptoms such as high fever, rash, redness, and burn-like blisters appear on the skin all over the body and on the mucous membranes of the mouth and eyes.
* Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (Lyell's Syndrome): Severe symptoms such as high fever, rash, redness, and burn-like blisters appear on the skin all over the body and on the mucous membranes of the mouth and eyes.
* Liver Dysfunction: Symptoms such as general malaise and jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes) appear.
* Interstitial Pneumonia: Symptoms such as dry cough (cough without phlegm), shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, and fever appear. (These symptoms can be difficult to distinguish from general cold symptoms. If symptoms such as dry cough or fever worsen, discontinue use and seek medical attention.)
* Asthma
* If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses.

3. **The following symptoms may occur. If these symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist:**
* Dry mouth

**Efficacy and Effectiveness**

Relief of cold symptoms (runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, muscle pain).

**Dosage and Administration**

Measure the following amounts using the attached graduated cup (10mL) and take.

Take 3 times a day, and if necessary, before bedtime. It is acceptable to take up to 6 times a day, but when taking 6 times a day, maintain an interval of approximately 4 hours between doses.

**Notes on Dosage and Administration:**
(1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration.
(2) When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(3) For infants under 1 year of age, prioritize seeking medical attention from a doctor, and administer only when absolutely necessary.

Per 60mL:
* Acetaminophen: 300mg
* dL-Methylephedrine Hydrochloride (equivalent to 200mg Glycyrrhiza): 20mg
* Anhydrous Caffeine: 25mg
* Chlorpheniramine Maleate: 2.5mg
* Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Hydrate: 15mg
* Potassium Guaiacolsulfonate: 80mg

Contains the following as additives: Citric acid, Sodium citrate, Sodium saccharin, White sugar, l-Menthol, Sodium benzoate, Parabens, Caramel, Ethanol, Propylene glycol, Glycerin, Flavoring.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**

(1) Store tightly closed in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or alter quality.)
(4) Do not use products past their expiration date.
(5) Once opened, use as soon as possible to maintain quality.
