(If not followed, current symptoms may worsen, and side effects or accidents may become more likely)

1. Do not take this medication if you fall under the following categories.
(1) People who have experienced allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients.
(2) Children under 15 years old.
(3) People diagnosed with the following conditions.
Liver disease

2. While taking this medication, do not use any of the following medicines.
Other allergy medications (including topical skin treatments, oral medications for rhinitis), oral medications containing antihistamines (such as cold remedies, cough suppressants with expectorants, motion sickness medications, sedatives, etc.)

3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication.
（Drowsiness and other effects may occur.)

4. People who are breastfeeding should not take this medication, or if they do, should avoid breastfeeding during use.

5. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking the medication.

・Consultation required
1. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before taking if you are in any of the following categories.
(1) People undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Pregnant women or those suspected of being pregnant.
(3) Elderly people.
(4) People who have experienced allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
(5) People unsure whether symptoms are due to allergies or other causes.
(6) People diagnosed with other allergic conditions such as bronchial asthma or atopic dermatitis.
(7) People switching from medications containing 10 mg of epinastine hydrochloride to this medication.

2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking the medication, there is a possibility of side effects. Immediately discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this document.

Respiratory system: Shortness of breath, palpitations
Urinary system: Difficult urination, frequent urination, hematuria, proteinuria
Others: Swelling, hot flashes, chest pain, phlegm, fatigue, nasal congestion, menstrual irregularities, bitter taste, weakened taste, gynecomastia (enlargement of breast tissue in men), breast enlargement

※ Rarely, severe symptoms listed below may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately.

・Liver function disorder: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and whites of eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite, etc.

・Thrombocytopenia: Decrease in blood platelets leading to symptoms such as nosebleeds, bleeding from gums, bruising, etc.

3. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking the medication, or if symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this document.
Dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea, drowsiness

4. If symptoms do not improve after about one week of use (including the period of taking other medications containing epinastine hydrochloride), discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

5. Even if symptoms improve, do not continue taking the medication for more than two weeks (including the period of taking other medications containing epinastine hydrochloride) without consulting a healthcare professional.

■Efficacy and Effects
Relief of nasal allergy symptoms caused by pollen, house dust (indoor dust), etc.: runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing

■Usage and Dosage
Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water.

Age: Dose per administration: Number of doses per day
Adults (15 years and older): 1 tablet: once daily before bedtime
People under 15 years: Do not take

＜Precautions related to usage and dosage＞
(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage.
(2) For seasonal allergic rhinitis caused by pollen, it is effective to start taking the medication early, from the pollen dispersal forecast days or when symptoms begin.
(3) To take the tablet, press firmly on the protrusions of the PTP sheet with your fingertips to break the aluminum foil on the back, then take out and swallow. (Accidentally swallowing the sheet without breaking it may cause injury to the esophageal mucosa.)

Epinastine hydrochloride: 20 mg

Additives: Lactose monohydrate, cellulose, partially pregelatinized starch, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, macrogol, titanium dioxide

(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to other containers.
(4) Do not use products past their expiration date.
