Effects and Indications of Pabron Kids Cold Tablets
Relief of various cold symptoms, including cough, runny nose, fever, sore throat, sneezing, phlegm, nasal congestion, chills (due to fever), headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.
Ingredients of Pabron Kids Cold Tablets
Per 4 tablets:
- Chlorpheniramine maleate 1.6 mg (50 mg per 12 tablets)
- Chlorpheniramine maleate 16.7 mg (50 mg per 12 tablets)
- Guaifenesin 33.3 mg (100 mg per 12 tablets)
- Acetaminophen 200 mg
Dosage and Administration of Pabron Kids Cold Tablets
Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water.
Please take within 30 minutes after meals whenever possible.
- 11 to 14 years old: 4 tablets per dose.
- 7 to 10 years old: 3 tablets per dose.
- 5 to 6 years old: 2 tablets per dose.
- Three times a day.
- Do not give to children under 5 years old.

3. How to take out the tablets:
As shown in the attached diagram, press firmly on the protruding part of the PTP (press-through package) sheet containing the tablets with your fingertips to break the aluminum foil on the back, then take out and administer. (Accidentally swallowing the tablet whole or causing it to stick to the esophageal mucosa can lead to unexpected accidents.)
Main Side Effects of Pabron Kids Cold Tablets

- Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Toxic epidermal necrolysis, Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness, small pustules on reddened skin, fatigue, loss of appetite, and rapid worsening or persistence of symptoms.
- Drug hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread redness of the skin, systemic rash, fever, fatigue, swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin, etc.).
- Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
- Kidney impairment: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.
- Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath when climbing stairs or exerting, cough, fever, sudden or persistent symptoms.
- Asthma: Wheezing, whistling sounds when breathing, difficulty breathing.
- Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pallor, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint, hematuria.
- Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.
