**Usage Instructions**

Typically, spray the following amount into each nostril:

- Adults (15 years and older): 1 spray into each nostril, twice daily (morning and evening).
- For individuals under 15 years: Do not use.

You may use up to 4 times a day (8 sprays total), but ensure at least 3 hours between doses.
If symptoms improve, reduce the frequency of use.
If symptoms worsen again, you may increase the frequency.
Do not use for more than 3 months within a year.

**Precautions related to usage (Usage and Dosage Notes):**
1. Since this product contains fluticasone propionate ester (a steroid), overuse or incorrect use may increase the risk of side effects. Please strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage.
2. For nasal use only.
3. If you taste something during use, rinse your mouth.

**Method of Use:**
*Note: When using a new spray device for the first time, shake well, then press firmly 7 times to ensure the liquid is fully aerosolized. From the second use onward, this step is not necessary.*

1. Blow your nose before use to clear the nasal passages as much as possible.
2. Remove the green cap and shake the container well in the direction of the arrow.
3. Tilt your head forward, hold the container vertically, insert the tip into one nostril, and press firmly until it stops to spray once. Repeat the same for the other nostril.
4. After spraying, tilt your head slightly upward and breathe slowly through your nose for a few seconds to allow the medication to reach the deep parts of the nose. Do not blow your nose immediately after.
5. After use, wipe the tip clean, replace the green cap, and store the container upright at room temperature.

**Additional Usage Tips:**
- Before use, remove the green cap and shake the container well.
- Insert the nozzle straight into the nostril, avoiding pointing it toward the nasal septum (the wall dividing the nostrils).
- Do not spray with the container upside down or sideways.
- Do not press lightly, as this may cause liquid leakage.
- Be careful not to touch the nozzle tip with nasal mucus or other contaminants to prevent contamination.
- Do not poke the nozzle tip with a needle or similar object, as this can cause malfunction or damage.

**Ingredients (per 100 mL):**
- Fluticasone Propionate Ester: 51 mg
- Excipients: Crystalline cellulose, sodium carmellose, glucose, polysorbate 80, concentrated benzalkonium chloride solution, phenylethyl alcohol, pH adjuster (dilute hydrochloric acid)

**Precautions for Use:**
1. Do not use if you have:
- Diagnosed with systemic fungal infection, tuberculosis, recurrent nosebleeds, or infectious diseases.
- An infected (purulent) nasal cavity with pain or swelling.
- Had allergic reactions to this product or fluticasone propionate ester preparations.
- Under 15 years old.
- Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.
- Used steroid nasal sprays for more than 3 months within the past year.

2. Do not use this product for more than 3 months within a year, including other steroid nasal sprays.
*If usage exceeds 3 months, consult an ENT specialist as it may indicate other underlying conditions.*

3. Do not use this product together with other steroid nasal sprays unless prescribed by a doctor.

**Consultation Before Use:**
Please consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are:
- Under medical treatment.
- Under allergy desensitization therapy or similar treatments.
- Experiencing pain around the head, forehead, or cheeks, or have nasal discharge that is yellow or green (infectious sinusitis).
- Breastfeeding.
- Have had allergic reactions to medications.
- Unsure if symptoms are due to seasonal allergies or other causes.
- Elderly.
- Suffering from hypertrophic rhinitis or nasal polyps.
*Note: Hypertrophic rhinitis involves a heavy feeling around the nose with a small amount of mucus or yellow/green nasal discharge. Nasal polyps may cause nasal congestion, a nasal voice, or a feeling of foreign body in the nose.*
- Under long-term or high-dose systemic steroid therapy.

**If any of the following symptoms appear after use, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this leaflet:**
- **Nasal:** Irritation, pain, dryness, bleeding, foul odor, crusting inside the nose.
- **Throat:** Irritation, dryness, unpleasant taste.
- **Skin:** Rash, swelling.
- **Nervous system:** Headache, sleep disturbances, shivering.
- **Others:** Increased intraocular pressure (symptoms include eye pain, blurred vision, headache).

Nasal bleeding can also occur from forceful nose blowing. If bleeding recurs frequently or crusts form inside the nose, there is a risk of perforation of the nasal septum. Discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention.
*Perforation of the nasal septum involves a hole forming in the wall dividing the nasal cavities, with symptoms such as crusting around the nostrils, recurrent nosebleeds, or whistling sounds during breathing.*

Rarely, severe allergic reactions such as **shock (anaphylaxis)** may occur, characterized by immediate symptoms including itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or altered consciousness. If these occur, seek medical attention immediately.

**If you experience symptoms such as headache, pain around the forehead or cheeks, or abnormal nasal discharge (yellow or green), discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.**
*Other underlying conditions may be present.*

If no improvement is observed after about one week of use (up to 4 times daily per nostril, total 8 sprays), discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

**Storage and Handling Precautions:**
- Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, with the cap on.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not transfer to other containers (may cause misuse or quality deterioration).
- Do not share with others.
- Do not use after the expiration date.
- Even within the expiration date, use promptly after opening.
- Since this product uses a glass container, handle carefully to avoid impact.
