**Features**
Pylon PL Tablets are an over-the-counter cold medicine that effectively alleviates symptoms such as sore throat, fever, runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, chills (due to fever), headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. It is a non-pirin-based medicine that works through four active ingredients:
- Salicylamide and Acetaminophen, which reduce pain and fever
- Promethazine Methylenedisalicylate, an antihistamine component
- Anhydrous Caffeine, which helps enhance pain relief

**Precautions for Use**

**Do not use if you:**
1. Have had allergic reactions to this medicine or its ingredients
2. Have experienced asthma or allergic reactions after taking this or other cold, fever-reducing, or pain-relieving medicines
3. Are under 15 years old

**While taking this medicine, do not:**
- Use other medications containing cold remedies, fever reducers, pain relievers, sedatives, or antihistamines (such as oral allergy medications, motion sickness drugs, cough suppressants, expectorants, etc.)
- Operate vehicles or machinery (drowsiness may occur)
- Consume alcohol before or after taking the medicine
- Use for long-term continuous treatment

**Consultation**
Before use, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller if you:
- Are receiving medical treatment from a doctor or dentist
- Are pregnant or suspect pregnancy

Serious adverse reactions may occur rarely; seek medical attention immediately if they do:
- **Shock (Anaphylaxis):** Symptoms such as itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or altered consciousness appear immediately after taking the medicine.
- **Stevens-Johnson Syndrome, Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis, Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis:** High fever, eye redness, discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness, small blisters (pustules) on red skin, persistent fatigue, loss of appetite, or rapid worsening.
- **Liver dysfunction:** Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
- **Kidney impairment:** Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.
- **Interstitial pneumonia:** Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting, dry cough, fever, which may appear suddenly or persist.
- **Asthma:** Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing.

**If any of the following symptoms occur after taking the medicine, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional:**
- Dry mouth, drowsiness (if symptoms persist or worsen after 5-6 doses)

**If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.**

**Efficacy and Indications**
Relief of cold symptoms such as sore throat, fever, runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, chills (due to fever), headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

**Usage and Dosage**
**Directions:**
Take the following amount after meals, preferably within 30 minutes, with water or lukewarm water.

**Precautions on Usage:**
- Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency.
- How to take the tablets:
- As shown in the diagram, press firmly on the convex part of the PTP (press-through package) sheet containing the tablets with your fingertips to break the aluminum foil on the back, then take out and swallow.
- Do not swallow the tablets directly without breaking the foil, as this may cause accidental injury to the esophageal mucosa or other unforeseen accidents.

Pylon PL Tablets are white tablets containing the following active ingredients per 6 tablets (adult daily dose):
- Salicylamide: 648 mg — relieves pain and reduces fever
- Acetaminophen: 360 mg — relieves pain and reduces fever
- Anhydrous Caffeine: 144 mg — helps enhance pain relief
- Promethazine Methylenedisalicylate: 32.4 mg — relieves runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing

Excipients include lactose monohydrate, sodium croscarmellose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, talc, and magnesium stearate.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not transfer from the PTP sheet to other containers (may cause misuse or deterioration).
- Do not use products past the expiration date.
