**Features**
Pylon PL Tablets are an over-the-counter cold medicine that effectively alleviates symptoms such as sore throat, fever, runny nose, and nasal congestion. It is a non-pirin-based medicine that works through the combined action of four active ingredients:
- Salicylamide and Acetaminophen, which reduce pain and fever
- Promethazine Methylenedisalicylate, an antihistamine
- Anhydrous Caffeine, which helps enhance pain relief

**Precautions for Use**

**Do Not Use If You**:
1. Have experienced allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients
2. Have experienced asthma triggered by this medication, other cold medicines, or analgesics/antipyretics
3. Are under 15 years old

**While Taking This Medication**:
- Do not use other medicines containing cold remedies, analgesics/antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines (such as nasal allergy medications, motion sickness drugs, allergy medications, cough suppressants, expectorants)
- Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking (may cause drowsiness)
- Do not consume alcohol before or after taking
- Do not use for long-term continuous treatment

**Consultation**
Before use, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if you are:
- Under medical or dental treatment
- Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant
- Have experienced allergic reactions to medicines or other substances
- Have symptoms such as high fever or difficulty urinating
- Diagnosed with heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, gastric or duodenal ulcers, or glaucoma

If any of the following symptoms appear after taking the medication, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare professional:
- **Skin**: Rash, redness, itching
- **Digestive system**: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
- **Nervous system**: Dizziness
- **Urinary system**: Difficulty urinating
- **Others**: Excessive decrease in body temperature

Rarely, severe reactions such as the following may occur. Seek medical attention immediately if they do:
- **Shock (Anaphylaxis)**: Symptoms include itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness, occurring immediately after taking
- **Stevens-Johnson Syndrome, Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis, Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis**: High fever, eye redness, discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread rash and redness, small blisters on red skin, persistent fatigue, loss of appetite, or rapid deterioration
- **Liver dysfunction**: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite
- **Kidney impairment**: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea
- **Interstitial Pneumonia**: Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, cough, fever that appears suddenly or persists
- **Asthma**: Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing

**If any of the following symptoms occur or worsen, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional**:
- Dry mouth, drowsiness

**If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.**

**Efficacy and Indications**
Relief of cold symptoms such as sore throat, fever, runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, chills (due to fever), headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

**Usage and Dosage**
**How to Use**
Take the following amount after meals, preferably within 30 minutes, with water or lukewarm water:
- Adults (15 years and older): 2 tablets, 3 times a day
- Under 15 years: Do not use

**Precautions for Usage**
- Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency.
- How to remove tablets:
Press firmly on the protruding part of the tablet on the PTP sheet as shown in the diagram, break the aluminum foil on the back, and take out the tablet.
(Accidentally swallowing the tablet whole or improper removal may cause injury to the esophageal mucosa or other accidents.)

**Ingredients and Quantities**
Each 6-tablet dose (adult daily dose) contains:
- Salicylamide: 648 mg — relieves pain and reduces fever
- Acetaminophen: 360 mg — relieves pain and reduces fever
- Anhydrous Caffeine: 144 mg — helps enhance pain relief
- Promethazine Methylenedisalicylate: 32.4 mg — relieves runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing

Contains excipients: lactose monohydrate, sodium crosscarmellose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, talc, magnesium stearate.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not transfer from the PTP sheet to other containers (may cause misuse or change in quality).
- Do not use products past the expiration date.
