Precautions (Things Not to Do)

1. Do not take this product if you are:
(1) An infant under 3 months old
(2) Diagnosed with:
- Heart disease
2. Only take when symptoms are present; do not use continuously.

Consult Before Use
1. Before taking, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if you are:
(1) Under medical treatment
(2) Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant
(3) Elderly
(4) Experiencing symptoms such as swelling
(5) Diagnosed with:
- Hypertension, kidney disease
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking the product, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, as these may be side effects:
- Rarely, severe symptoms such as the following may occur. Seek medical attention immediately.
- Interstitial pneumonia
* Symptoms: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting oneself, dry cough, fever, appearing suddenly or persisting.
- Pseudoaldosteronism, Myopathy
* Symptoms: Weakness, numbness, stiffness, or rigidity in hands and feet, along with fatigue and muscle pain, gradually worsening.
- Congestive heart failure, Ventricular tachycardia
* Symptoms: General fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, chest pain, dizziness, fainting.
- Liver dysfunction
* Symptoms: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
3. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, stop taking the product and consult a healthcare professional.

Efficacy and Effects
Suitable for use regardless of physical strength. Effective for sudden muscle cramps and associated pain, including: charley horses, muscle cramps, abdominal pain, and lower back pain.

Usage and Dosage
Take the following amount three times daily before meals or between meals with water or warm water.

- Adults (15 years and older): 1 packet per dose, 3 times a day
- Children aged 7 to under 15: 2/3 packet per dose, 3 times a day
- Children aged 4 to under 7: 1/2 packet per dose, 3 times a day
- Children aged 2 to under 4: 1/3 packet per dose, 3 times a day
- Children under 2: 1/4 packet per dose, 3 times a day

Notes on Usage and Dosage:
(1) When giving to children, do so under the supervision of a guardian.
(2) For infants under 1 year old, prioritize medical consultation; only administer if unavoidable.

Ingredients and Amounts
In 3 packets (each 1.5g) per adult daily dose, containing:
- Peony and Licorice Decoction Extract (half amount): 1,450 mg
* Extracted from 3.0g each of peony and licorice.
- Additives: Hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose.

Note on Ingredients:
Since this product uses extracts from natural (herbal) ingredients, the color of the granules may vary slightly.

Storage and Handling Precautions
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to other containers. (This may cause misuse or change in quality.)
(4) Do not consume products past the expiration date.
(5) When reusing remaining contents from a divided packet, fold the opening to store, and do not use if more than 2 days have passed.

Additional Information (Health Advice)
- Keep Warm: Pain from neuralgia can worsen with cold or humidity. Keep warm. Warming the body in baths can help alleviate pain and make joints easier to move.
- Intake of Calcium: To strengthen bones and muscles, consume calcium-rich foods regularly, and try to get sunlight and exercise.
