【Usage and Dosage】Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water before bedtime (or on an empty stomach). However, start with the minimum amount and gradually increase or decrease based on bowel movement condition and response.

【用法・用量】次の量を就寝前（又は空腹時）に水又はぬるま湯で服用してください。ただし，初回は最小量を用い，便通の具合や状態をみながら少しずつ増量又は減量してください。

15才以上1〜3錠1日1回11〜14才1〜2錠1日1回11才未満服用しないこと
【使用上の留意点】（1）定められた用法・用量を厳守してください。（2）小児に服用させる場合には，保護者の指導監督のもとに服用させてください。（3）制酸剤や牛乳をのんでから1時間以内の服用はさけてください。（本剤は制酸剤や牛乳によって胃内で溶解し，期待された効果を発揮できないことがあります）（4）錠剤をかんだり，つぶしたりせずにそのまま服用してください。（本剤は有効成分がその能力を十分に発揮し，大腸内で作用するよう特殊なコーティングをほどこしています）（5）錠剤の取り出し方錠剤の入っているPTPシートの凸部を指先で強く押して裏面のアルミ箔を破り，取り出して服用してください。（誤ってそのまま飲み込んだりすると食道粘膜に突き刺さる等思わぬ事故につながります）
