● Iodiso-propamide and d-chlorpheniramine maleate alleviate runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing.

● Tranexamic acid suppresses mucosal inflammation and relieves sore throat.

● Guaifenesin helps to expel phlegm.

● Contains riboflavin (vitamin B2) and hesperidin, a type of vitamin P.

【Indications and Effects】

Relief of various cold symptoms (runny nose, nasal congestion, sore throat, sneezing, cough, phlegm, chills (due to fever), fever, headache, joint pain, muscle pain).

Take the following amount after meals, preferably within 30 minutes, with water or hot water, without chewing.

★ Warnings and Precautions

- Do not take if:

1. You have had allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients.

2. You have experienced asthma or allergic reactions when taking this or other cold or pain relief medications.

3. You are under 12 years old.

- Do not use other medications containing:

- Other cold medicines, antipyretics, analgesics, sedatives, cough suppressants, expectorants, antihistamines (including nasal remedies, motion sickness drugs, allergy medications, sleep aids), gastrointestinal pain relievers, or oral tranexamic acid while taking this drug.

- Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication (may cause drowsiness, blurred vision, abnormal sensitivity to light).

- Do not take if breastfeeding; avoid breastfeeding if taking this medication.

- Do not consume alcohol before or after taking.

- Do not use for long-term continuous treatment.

★ Consult a healthcare professional if:

1. You are undergoing medical treatment or are pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.

2. You are elderly.

3. You have experienced allergic reactions to medications or other substances.

4. You have symptoms such as high fever or difficulty urinating.

5. You have been diagnosed with thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, liver disease, kidney disease, gastric or duodenal ulcers, glaucoma, thrombosis (cerebral thrombosis, myocardial infarction, venous thrombosis), or are at risk of thrombosis, or have respiratory issues, obstructive sleep apnea, or obesity.

6. You are taking oral medications containing anticholinergic agents (belladonna alkaloids, iodiso-propamide, rotenone extract, etc.).

Serious adverse reactions such as shock (anaphylaxis), Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, interstitial pneumonia, asthma, aplastic anemia, agranulocytosis, respiratory depression may occur. Seek immediate medical attention if these occur.

- If symptoms such as constipation, dry mouth, drowsiness, blurred vision, or diarrhea persist or worsen after use, discontinue and consult a healthcare professional.

- If no improvement after 5-6 doses, stop use and consult a healthcare professional.
