[Usage and Dosage]Adults (15 years and older): Take one tablet once daily before bedtime with water or lukewarm water.
[Precautions for Use](1) Do not use in children under 15 years old.(2) Strictly adhere to the usage and dosage.(3) For seasonal allergic rhinitis symptoms caused by pollen, it is effective to start taking early from the pollen forecast date or when symptoms begin.(4) How to take out the tablet:Press the protruding part of the PTP sheet containing the tablet firmly with your fingertips to break the aluminum foil on the back, then take out and swallow. 1. Do not use if:(1) You have had an allergic reaction to this medication or its ingredients.(2) You are under 15 years old.(3) You have been diagnosed with liver disease.
2. Do not use other medications while taking this medication:Any other allergy medications (including skin disease medications, oral medications for rhinitis), oral antihistamines (cold medicines, cough suppressants, motion sickness medicines, sedatives, etc.)
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication.(There may be drowsiness, etc.)
4. Do not take this medication while breastfeeding, or if you do, avoid breastfeeding.
5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medication.

5. Even if symptoms improve, do not continue taking for more than two weeks (including the period of taking other medications containing epinasetine hydrochloride) without consulting a healthcare professional.

【用法・用量】成人（１５才以上）１回１錠を１日１回就寝前に水又はぬるま湯で服用してください。

【使用上の留意点】（1）１５才未満は服用しないでください。（2）用法・用量を厳守してください。（3）花粉などの季節性のアレルギー性鼻炎症状に使用する場合は、花粉飛散予測日から、又は、症状が出始めたら早めに服用を始めると効果的です。（4）錠剤の取り出し方錠剤の入っているＰＴＰシートの凸部を指先で強く押して裏面のアルミ箔を破り、取り出してお飲みください。（誤ってそのまま飲み込んだりすると食道粘膜に突き刺さるなど思わぬ事故につながります。）
【成分・分量】1錠(1日量)中エピナスチン塩酸塩：20mg
【成分・添加物 】無水ケイ酸、乳糖、ヒプロメロース、ポビドン、アクリル酸エチル・メタクリル酸メチルコポリマー、マクロゴール、シリコーン樹脂、ステアリン酸Ｍｇ、タルク、酸化チタン、トウモロコシデンプン

■してはいけないこと（守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり、副作用・事故が起こりやすくなります。）
1.次の人は服用しないでください。（1）本剤又は本剤の成分によりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。（2）15才未満の小児。（3）次の診断を受けた人。肝臓病
2.本剤を服用している間は、次のいずれの医薬品も使用しないでください。他のアレルギー用薬（皮膚疾患用薬、鼻炎用内服薬を含む）、抗ヒスタミン剤を含有する内服薬等（かぜ薬、鎮咳去痰薬、乗物酔い薬、催眠鎮静薬等）
3.服用後、乗物又は機械類の運転操作をしないでください。（眠気等があらわれることがあります。）
4.授乳中の人は本剤を服用しないか、本剤を服用する場合は授乳を避けてください。
5.服用前後は飲酒しないでください。

■相談すること
1.次の人は服用前に医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。（1）医師の治療を受けている人。（2）妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人。（3）高齢者。（4）薬などによりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。（5）アレルギーによる症状か他の原因による症状かはっきりしない人。（6）気管支ぜんそく、アトピー性皮膚炎等の他のアレルギー疾患の診断を受けたことがある人。（7）エピナスチン塩酸塩を10mg含有する医薬品から本剤に変更しようとしている人。
2.服用後、次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性があるので、直ちに服用を中止し、この箱を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。
関係部位：症状皮膚：発疹・発赤,はれ,かゆみ消化器：吐き気・嘔吐,口内炎,胃部不快感,腹痛,胃重感,胃もたれ感,腹部膨満感,食欲不振精神神経系：めまい,不眠,頭痛,頭がボーッとする,しびれ感,悪夢,幻覚,幻聴呼吸器：息苦しい循環器：動悸泌尿器：排尿困難,頻尿,血尿,蛋白尿その他：むくみ,ほてり,胸痛,痰がからむ,倦怠感,鼻づまり,月経異常,苦味を感じる,味覚が弱くなる,女性化乳房（男性に見られる女性のような乳房）,乳房が大きくなるまれに次の重篤な症状が起こることがあります。その場合は直ちに医師の診療を受けてください。症状の名称：症状肝機能障害：発熱、かゆみ、発疹、黄疸（皮膚や白目が黄色くなる）、褐色尿、全身のだるさ、食欲不振等があらわれる。血小板減少：血液中の成分である血小板の数が減ることにより、鼻血、歯ぐきからの出血、青あざ等の出血症状があらわれる。
3.服用後、次の症状があらわれることがあるので、このような症状の持続又は増強が見られた場合には、服用を中止し、この箱を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。口のかわき、便秘、下痢、眠気
4.1週間位服用（他のエピナスチン塩酸塩を含有する医薬品の服用期間を含む）しても症状がよくならない場合は服用を中止し、この箱を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。
5.症状の改善が見られても2週間（他のエピナスチン塩酸塩を含有する医薬品の服用期間を含む）を超えて服用する場合は、医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。
