**Features**
Sedres V contains etenzamide, acetaminophen, and other ingredients to provide excellent pain relief and fever reduction effects. Additionally, it includes a well-absorbed derivative (dicyclamine hydrochloride hydrate) of vitamin B1, which helps enhance pain relief and compensates for vitamin B1 consumed during fever. It works quickly for shoulder stiffness pain, lower back pain, and headaches, and is a gentle, non-pirin-based antipyretic and analgesic medicine for the stomach.

**Precautions for Use**

*Do not use if:*
1. You have had allergic reactions to this medicine or its ingredients.
2. You have experienced asthma caused by this medicine or other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines.

*While taking this medicine, do not take:*
- Other antipyretic analgesics
- Cold medicines
- Sedatives
- Motion sickness medications

*Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medicine* (drowsiness may occur).
*Do not consume alcohol before or after taking.*
*Do not use for long-term continuous treatment.*

**Consultation required if:**
1. You are receiving medical or dental treatment.
2. You are pregnant or suspect pregnancy.
3. You have chickenpox, influenza, or suspect infection (children under 15 years).
4. You are elderly.
5. You have experienced allergic reactions to medications or other substances.
6. You have been diagnosed with:

*Rarely, severe symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately:*
- **Shock (Anaphylaxis):** Symptoms appear immediately after taking, including itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness.
- **Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Toxic epidermal necrolysis, Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis:** High fever, eye redness, discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness, small blisters (pustules) on red skin, fatigue, loss of appetite, or rapid deterioration.
- **Liver dysfunction:** Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
- **Kidney impairment:** Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.
- **Interstitial pneumonia:** Shortness of breath when climbing stairs or exerting, cough, fever, sudden or persistent symptoms.
- **Asthma:** Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing.

**If any of the following symptoms occur or worsen, stop use and consult a healthcare professional:**
- Drowsiness

**If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.**

**Efficacy and Indications**
- Relief of headache, toothache, menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea), shoulder stiffness, neuralgia, lower back pain, trauma pain, post-extraction pain, sore throat, ear pain, joint pain, muscle pain, bruises, fractures, sprains.
- Fever reduction during chills and fever.

Take the following amount, preferably away from meals, with water or warm water.
Allow at least 4 hours between doses.

- When giving to children, do so under the supervision of a guardian.
- How to remove tablets: As shown in the diagram, press firmly on the protrusions of the PTP sheet containing the tablets with your fingertips to break the aluminum foil on the back, then take out and swallow. (Swallowing directly or mishandling may cause injury to the esophageal mucosa or other accidents.)

- Acetaminophen: 80 mg — lowers fever and relieves pain
- Allylisopropylacetylurea: 30 mg — helps suppress pain
- Caffeine anhydrous: 40 mg — helps suppress pain and relieves headache
- Dicyclamine hydrochloride hydrate (Vitamin B1 derivative): 4 mg — helps suppress pain and replenishes vitamin B1 consumed during fever

*Excipients:* Carmellose calcium, crystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not transfer from the PTP sheet to other containers (may cause misuse or quality change).
- Do not use products past the expiration date.
