Regenne Up, a hair growth agent for andropause-related hair loss, is a "quasi-drug" that has been recognized for its efficacy and effectiveness in treating female andropause-related hair loss. It focuses on the scalp of women and contains not only Minoxidil, an active hair growth ingredient, but also ingredients that improve the scalp environment.
**What is andropause-related hair loss...?**It is a common, genetically influenced thinning or hair loss that occurs in both men and women, progressing slowly over many years. Normally, hair takes about 2 to 6 years to grow thick and strong, but in cases of andropause-related hair loss, the growth phase shortens, resulting in thinner, shorter hair. Some individuals may start experiencing symptoms as early as their 20s.
**Effects of the active ingredient Minoxidil**Minoxidil acts directly on the hair follicles affected by andropause-related hair loss, promoting cell proliferation and protein synthesis. As a result, new hair is generated, and thicker, more resilient hair that is less prone to falling out grows.

Hair growth takes time. To experience the effects of Regenne Up (hair growth, hair strengthening, and prevention of hair loss progression*), please use it correctly according to the prescribed method and dosage for at least 6 months. Afterward, continued use is recommended to maintain the effects.*Prevention of hair loss progression: Prevents the progression of existing hair loss and maintains the current condition.
**Precautions for Use**- Do not use if you fall under any of the following categories (failure to comply may worsen symptoms or cause side effects):1. People who have had allergic reactions to this product or its ingredients.2. Minors (under 20 years old). No experience of use in Japan.3. Pregnant women, those who suspect pregnancy, or breastfeeding women. Safety during pregnancy has not been fully confirmed. Minoxidil can transfer into breast milk.4. Women experiencing hair loss due to pregnancy or childbirth. Likely other types of hair loss.5. People experiencing hair loss after stopping the use of contraceptive pills. Likely other types of hair loss.6. People with hair loss caused by other conditions (e.g., thyroid disease, rapid dieting, alopecia areata) or of unknown cause. This product is only effective for andropause-related hair loss.7. People with hair loss affecting not only the crown but also the temples and back of the head. Hair loss due to other causes, such as thyroid disease, which is more common in women, or other types of hair loss.8. People with rapid hair loss or patchy hair loss. Likely other types of hair loss.9. People with hair loss caused by hairstyles that pull strongly on the scalp. Likely other types of hair loss.10. Men. Men should use the men's series of Reip products.
- Do not use on the following areas:1. Only on the scalp; do not ingest. It may lower blood pressure.2. On scalp wounds, eczema, or inflammation (redness). It may worsen these conditions.
- When using this product, avoid applying other hair growth agents or topical treatments (ointments, liquids, etc.) to the scalp. If used together, discontinue this product. These medications may affect absorption.
**Consultation advised if:**- Before use, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you:1. Have had allergic reactions (rash, redness, itching, dermatitis, etc.) to medicines or cosmetics.2. Have high or low blood pressure. This product may affect blood pressure.3. Have heart or kidney issues. It may impact these organs.4. Have swelling. It may increase swelling.5. Have no family history of andropause-related hair loss. Genetic factors are significant in its development.6. Are elderly (65+). Unfavorable symptoms may be more likely.7. Have thyroid disorders (hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism). Hair loss may be due to thyroid disease.
**If any of the following symptoms appear after use, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist with the product manual:**- Skin: Rash, redness*, itching, dermatitis, dandruff, warmth at the application site (*may appear elsewhere).- Nervous system: Headache, dizziness, fainting.- Circulatory system: Chest pain, rapid heartbeat.- Metabolic: Sudden unexplained weight gain, swelling of limbs.
**If after 6 months of use there is no improvement in:**- The degree of hair loss, growth of new or soft hair, growth of coarse hair, or reduction in hair loss (including thinning or short hair), discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.- Hair loss caused by other conditions, such as thyroid disease, or due to other causes, may be present.
**Even within 6 months of starting use, if hair loss worsens or if you notice:**- Hair loss affecting not only the crown but also the temples and back of the head, or other areas of the scalp.- Hair loss outside the scalp, patchy hair loss, rapid hair loss.- Hair loss caused by other conditions, such as thyroid disease, or due to other causes, may be present.Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
**Additional precautions:**1. Hair growth takes time. Use daily for at least 6 months to see effects. The efficacy of this product is recognized after 6 months of use.2. The degree of hair growth varies among individuals; this product may not work for everyone.3. To maintain effects, continuous use is necessary; stopping will gradually reverse the results. This product does not eliminate the cause of andropause-related hair loss.
**Efficacy and Effectiveness**- Promotes hair growth, hair strengthening, and prevents the progression of hair loss in andropause-related hair loss.
**Usage and Dosage**- Adult women (20+ years): Apply 1 mL to the affected scalp twice daily.- Use exactly 1 mL per application, regardless of the size of the area.- 1 mL is designed to sufficiently cover the entire scalp when spread evenly.- The container is calibrated to measure 1 mL.
**Notes on Usage and Dosage:**1. Using more than the prescribed amount or more frequently does not increase effectiveness and may increase side effects.2. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. Seek ophthalmic consultation if symptoms are severe.3. Wash hands thoroughly after applying to avoid irritation of mucous membranes.4. For long hair, part and spread hair to apply carefully to the scalp.5. Avoid contact with alcohol-soluble materials (glasses frames, synthetic fibers, etc.).6. Use styling products or hair sprays after applying this product.7.
